Fraud Warning

Effective Date: April 01, 2026

It has come to our attention that the Bruvana brand name and identity may be misused by unauthorized third parties to conduct fraudulent activities, particularly online or through email and messaging platforms.

These scams are typically designed to deceive individuals into making payments or sharing personal, financial, or sensitive information (commonly known as “phishing”) for illegal purposes.

Bruvana takes the protection of its brand name, logo, and customers very seriously. We are committed to preventing any misuse of our identity and taking appropriate action against fraudulent activities.

Please be aware that Bruvana does not:
Send emails from public email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or similar platforms for official communication.

Request advance payments, processing fees, registration fees, or handling charges for promotions, dealership offers, distributorship opportunities, job applications, or marketing campaigns.

Ask customers to make prepayments to any “intermediate distributor,” “reseller,” or “escrow account” for product delivery.

Offer unrealistic prizes, lottery winnings, or guaranteed financial rewards in exchange for personal information.

Do not become a victim of fraud. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it likely is.

If you encounter any suspicious communication claiming to represent Bruvana, we strongly recommend that you:
Verify the sender’s background and confirm whether the communication originates from our official channels.

Carefully review the website to ensure it appears professional and contains legitimate contact information.

Attempt to contact Bruvana through official phone numbers or email addresses listed on our verified platforms.

Look for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and unusual payment requests, which are common signs of fraud.

If you suspect fraudulent activity, immediately stop all communication with the source and report the matter to your local law enforcement authority.
