Keep Your Body Moving With These Easy Workouts!

1. Body Weight Squats (20 Reps)

Keep your core tight all the time, keep your back straight. Do not lean forward. Knees should not go over your toes. Spread your weight evenly. Breathe in going down, breathe out going up.

2. Push-Ups (10 Reps)

Keep your core tight all the time and flatten your back. Align the shoulders right above your wrists and keep your head and pelvis in line with your spine. Breathe in going down , breathe out going up.

3. Walking Lunges (10 Reps Each Leg)

Keep your core tight all the time and do not lean forward. Back has to be straight and your knees should not go over your toes. Breathe in going down, breathe out going up.

4. Plank (45 seconds)

Flatten your back and keep your head and pelvis in line with your spine. Align your shoulders right above the elbows and keep your core tight all the time. Breathe deeply and do not hold your breath.

5. Jumping Jacks (30 reps)

Flatten your back and keep your head and pelvis in line with your spine. Align your shoulders right above the elbows and keep your core tight all the time. Breathe deeply and do not hold your breath.
